Aim:
- To learn about the four countries that form the United Kingdom.
- To use and practise geographical terms
Description:
Pupils, divided into 4 groups, search for information about England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
They also draw or copy the map of each country, and they find photos of these areas.
They bring all the available material in class and decide on which they will use to make a poster for each part of the United Kingdom.
Finally each group presents their poster to the rest of the class and hangs it on the wall.
